About Oakmont-Overlook Marching Band Percussion
The Oakmont-Overlook Marching Band (OOMB) percussion section has been growing and improving steadily since 2000 and has become a well-known marching percussion ensemble around Massachusetts.
Our biggest strength is our work ethic. We rehearse frequently and our members practice on their own constantly. We have a well-established culture of discipline and professionalism.

Percussion Tech Class
Marching Percussion Technique Class, or “Tech Class,” is a weekly group percussion lesson at Oakmont. Curriculum focuses on marching band-style drumming, designed to prepare students for the fall ORHS marching band season.
We meet on Mondays and Thursdays each week in the ORHS band room. Classes will begin April 24th, 2017. All classes are held during the evening, 5:30-7:30pm.
